Refund policy

Every WE piece is printed to order, so all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email support@joinweapp.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

We can't take returns or exchanges for fit or a change of mind, so check the size details on each product before you order.

Need to cancel? Email us right away. Once an order goes into production it can't be cancelled.
